Since I am on a diet that requires me to eat a ton of meat this is the perfect accessory for my kitchen! I love grilling out but can't due to the weather or I just don't have enough time. I love the slope so the grease will run off the meat which always makes the food so much more healthier. Another feature I love is that I don't have to turn my food while cooking!

Cooking is always even so I don't have to worry about one part being done & the other not. Plus the taste is so much better than pan frying & healthier. I have even cooked shish kebobs on my grill & it worked perfectly.
