Casa Mexicana is on a mission. To share with the world all the richness, variety, and incredible flavors that represent Mexican cuisine. The fine Mexican cooking we know and love is complex, nutritious and delicious. We believe that this food is meant to be enjoyed and shared among friends and family.
That is why we have been busy in the kitchen, developing recipes based on our country’s specialties until we get the herbs and spices just right!
Our seasonings are healthy. We use no MSG, no food coloring, no artificial preservatives, and no hydrogenated fats. We use only fresh, all-natural ingredients; taking the time to blend and balance the seasonings for a pure, bold taste. Because we never compromise on flavor, you get the same great taste as if you had made it from scratch!
Fish Tacos
In Mexico this dish is called barbacoa and is known for its juicy, appetizing taste. Traditionally cooked with a dozen different spices for hours in a pot underground, the Casa Mexicana seasoning delivers the same robust flavors, quickly and easily.
This traditional dish from Puebla, where it is locally known as tinga, is spicy and infused with chipotle's smoky flavor.
A typical dish originating in Northern Mexico served on a sizzling hot metal plate. Ideal for the busy family, chicken fajitas can be made very quickly.
We love Mexican food even the kids enjoy some good Mexicana! Every time we are at the grocery store we are the hunt for different foods to try! Hopefully Casa Mexicana will continue to develop new foods for families like ours to enjoy!
We all love chicken fajitas & this was a hit in our house! I like that it actually taste like fajitas! The beef tacos were also tasty which of course was a huge pleaser. The beef were a little spicy for the kids so they skipped out on that one. Tim had the chicken chipotle which he said he really enjoyed! The chicken chipotle was very unique with a little kick!
