Welcome to the Inch Blue world of fun and adorable soft leather baby shoes. In a world of mass produced goods INCH BLUE is an oasis for lovers of originality, quality and fun design. Since our first faltering steps in the late 1990's we have come a long way. Today we are a well known UK brand and baby shoes have become our passion.


So what can we tell you about ourselves?
We are a family run business with 3 kids, a dog, a cat and bees. We're based in South Wales on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. Things we like include walking (as you would expect), good food and that time of night when the kids finally go to bed. Some of the things that we don't like are running out of time, mass production and the kids getting up just when you thought you had some time to yourself.


And our business ethics?

Very simple, we know that good design is not enough. You need to use the right materials, look after your staff and care for your environment. Add to this a willingness to listen to customers and then be prepared to go that extra mile. Its not always easy but if you are going to do something, do it properly.


The importance of designBut that doesn't mean that we forget about design, after all that's where we started. Fun, fresh designs in bright colours is probably what Inch Blue are best known for. All of our shoes are designed and hand crafted in Wales. With over 100 original styles in our range you will be spoilt for choice . . . the only dilemma you will have is making up your mind! Whether your baby is a little monkey or fairy princess we are sure to have a shoe that fits!

 We understand your baby’s feet aren’t just smaller versions of your own, they’re a completely different shape. They’re softer and plumper with hardly any hard bone in them at all. Inch Blue shoes have been designed to give total comfort for little growing feet. They are made exclusively from soft natural leather allowing your baby’s feet to breathe.

We know how important safety is when it comes to our little ones, this is why Inch Blue shoes are made from the best quality, softest leather that has been exclusively developed and tested for us.


Inch Blue leather is CHROME 6 FREE and exceeds the British Standard requirements to pass BSEN71-3:1995 also conforming to all EUROPEAN SAFETY STANDARDS. Our vigorous safety checks include products passing through our state of the art metal detector to ensure there are no broken needles.


Our shoes are 100% safe…even for little toe suckers!!

Shoe Care
Inch Blue shoes are recommended for indoor use or travelling in the car or buggy etc.
They require very little care and will take on that "used leather" look as they mold to your babies foot - this is natural and shows that they are being well used. If shoes do become dirty simply clean with a damp cloth or with approved leather cleaner.
