In 1920, after several years of learning the candy business, Carl T. Hammond, Sr. founded Hammond’s Candy Company in Denver. He was inspired to become an entrepreneur after creating his first original candy, Honey Ko Kos, chocolates topped with shredded coconut. In his first few years in business, Carl did it all: He developed the recipes, made the candy, sold the candy, and was his own office staff. Eventually, he hired someone to manage the store while traveled the West, selling his candy to other stores. As time passed. the business was handed down through Carl's family and has expanded greatly. The company now offers many products such as dessert dips, snack pretzels, and CANDY.

There are soooo many different flavors and colors to choose from! They also come in different sizes!

 

I received the pink and blue lollipops in bubblegum flavor. I think that these lollipops are a great party favor for a baby shower. Another idea is to decorate a baby shower gift with one of these. They taste good and they are hand twisted. People can also use these lollipops in other colors and use theme for other occasions as well such as for weddings and birthdays.
