This machine is Heaven!!! I have such a hard time sleeping, and I will admit I was taking Benadryl often to knock me out so that I would be able to get a few hours of rest. My problem was that I was having trouble getting to sleep, more than likely due to stress.
This Sound System helped me to relax and focus on the sounds instead of thinking about what I need to finish, how I was going to pay bills, ect. It took away my racing thoughts. I like this system because it has timers on it to shut off unlike when you listen to music on the radio or having the TV on. Also with this system the sounds are evened out so that you are not startled by a loud noise from out of the blue.
My favorite sounds are the crackling fire and the ocean. I swear that when I close my eyes it seems like I am laying right on the ocean! This item is a great gift idea for any occassion.
