About Barista Bath and Body
As three businesswomen with more than 50 years of combined experience in engineering, business development and consulting, we decided to take a purely business-like approach to a very personal issue.
From this endeavor barista bath and body sprang to life – a line of natural beauty products that are safe, effective and designed to complement the body’s natural capacities.
We believe in our products – we formulated them to make a difference. Great thought has also gone into our production footprint. We care about the world now and in the future – our products are manufactured in the U.S., all of our bottles are recyclable, our bags and boxes are made of natural materials, and our fill is bio-degradable.
Our “coffee in the raw” products – designed for both women and men – are performance-driven to bring the delight and bliss of coffee to the bath.
pH balance
pH (potential of Hydrogen) measures the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. A balanced pH is critical to maintaining healthy hair and skin. Hair and skin is slightly acidic in nature, with a pH of 4.5 to 5. Coffee also has a pH of 4.5 to 5. A high pH causes hair cuticle cells to swell and become rough and contributes to residue retention. Soap and water (pH of 12) strips away the body's natural defense system.

I love unique products & this is unique! The scent of the shampoo is really different & so completely unique from anything that I have ever tried before! If you are all for unique products this is it! If you love coffee this is the perfect product for you!
The shampoo is so awesome but of course I love coffee so I am biased towards each product :) As most of you know organic products have a certain scent to them so what I love about this shampoo is that it's totally different from anything else I have ever tried before!
moisturizing conditioner
Our moisturizing conditioner is the perfect complement to our perk it up shampoo just as a little cream adds a velvety richness to a perfectly brewed cup of coffee.
Benefits
soothe those jitters is a rich blend of natural ingredients including aloe, lavender, chamomile, castor seed and rosehip oils, vitamin B5 and coffee extract. These natural ingredients provide a wide range of nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins essential for healthy hair and scalp while naturally de-tangling hair and eliminating static electricity. With a slightly acidic pH of 3.5 to 4.0, soothe those jitters provides the hair with a positive charge which compacts the cuticle layer resulting in hair that is soft, shiny, bouncy and not weighed down.

The scent gives a little punch just like the shampoo! Again if you love coffee you will love this shower gel! The only complaint I have is that I want more :(
