This thermometer is GREAT! Taking a child's temperature when they are sick is such a pain in the butt- no pun intended. The child is usually cranky and not cooperative. This thermometer makes is soooo much easier! You can console your child and they will not even know what you are doing. A temperature can even be taken while they are asleep. What is also nice about this thermometer is that is can be used for all ages-from newborns to adults! Technology has come along way!!!
