About Lanikai Bath & Body

Our products are developed with ingredients that are directly from nature. Papaya, awapuhi, sea kelp, and comfrey extracts. Sunflower, grapeseed, olive, kukui and macadamia nut oils. Lavender blossoms and green tea leaves in our exfoliating scrubs. Aromatherapy and Hawaiian Lavender contain only pure essential oils that are distilled or extracted from plants, flowers, and barks.


Naturally occurring mineral oxides, salts from the sea (the alaea salt in the Mango Coconut scrub is orange from Hawaiian red clay) provide the coloring in our products.

Hawaiian Sea Salt and Ogo Seaweed. Aloe Vera from the aloe plant. Maui sugar. Natural vitamin E. Maui Beeswax. Chamomile. Green Tea. Lavender.


Our ingredients speak for themselves. We use as many organic natural ingredients as we can, including organic sunflower oil, organic olive oil, and many organic extracts.


Lanikai Bath and Body products are fresh because they are all made in small batches for you. Some of the products are made in small batches and contain only Vitamin E and/or grapefruit seed extract as a preservative. There are no preservatives in the salts and mists and our oil based scrubs, massage oils, salts, lip balms, salves and toner.

Our products were created with Denise Diamond on Maui who has been formulating body care and spa products for more than 25 years. She co-founded one of the first natural body care companies in California in the 1970s and in 1989 moved to the Hawaiian islands with her husband.

She has consulted with and created a wide range of elegant and natural spa products for many of Hawaii’s world-class spas as well as for spas in Guam, Saipan, Tahiti, Fiji, California and Texas.

Lanikai Bath and Body is the passion of Kailua residents Gloria Garvey and Brook Gramann, the owners of The Brand Strategy Group based in Kailua. Both women (and their friends) are at an age where they have everything they want or need, and they are looking to fill their lives with experiences and what they call “life’s necessary luxuries.”

Proud to have created an all Hawaii made product line, Lanikai Bath and Body has as part of its mission supporting local entrepreneurs and the state economy.

I was sent several products to sample as pictured below! This is one review I can only rave about & this is why I get so excited to be able to have the opportunity to work with such a unique company as Lanikai Bath & Body! The scents are pure Heaven & exactly what you think Hawaii would smell like! As soon as I opened the box the scent hit me & it's lovely to say the least!

Orchid Vanilla

Vanilla is a popular scent used in many perfumes and oils. Vanilla is the only edible fruit of the orchid family, the largest family of flowering plants in the world.

We call our vanilla Orchid Vanilla, because Vanilla is an orchid. The term vanilla may have come to mean plain, or simple, like the ice cream -- however, it is far from being plain, or simple. With sweet vanilla and floral touches our orchid vanilla is warm and sensual.

This a clean smooth scent with a little twist of tropical in my opinion! The body wash is very lathering & just really relaxing! This makes a shower or bath so much more enjoyable because of it's relaxing scent!

I also had a chance to try out the Orchid Vanilla body lotion which is equally as great! The scent along with the lotion creaminess makes this lotion one of the best I have ever tried! Not only is my skin silky smooth but the scent is perfect!

UnZented Buddha Surf

UnZented or "unscented" for those of you with allergies. Or wear this lotion your favorite cologne or perfume.

The same great ingredients. With kukui and macadamia oils, Echinacea, Green Tea, Noni Juice, Awapuhi & White Tea.

Buddha Surf Unscented Conditioning Shampoo
Buddha Surf is made with nourishing plant extracts including Awapuhi, the Hawaiian “shampoo” Ginger and with Hawaiian Kukui Nut Oil and Rosemary to condition your hair.

This is perfect for someone who doesn't want a strong scent but it still makes your hair smell clean! I am a huge fan of this product & would definitely recommend this product especially if you have allergies.
 
I also had a chance to try out 2 different scented soaps (Pineapple & Tuberose)!

Both soaps are nothing less than I expected! The freshness is a hard thing to come by let alone the unique scents offered from Lanikai Bath and Body!
