I had a comment on my last post about being consistent but it's so hard so I truly know what everyone is talking about. Weight loss is a pain in the butt & it's hard not to get frustrated with slow progress. Isn't it so much easier to put it on then take off? Could you imagine if you could take it off as fast as you can put it on? Wouldn't that be nice hey :)

Cheese and Spinach Ravioli with Meat Sauce

Everyday Italian becomes something special with this traditional favorite. Tender ravioli are stuffed with spinach and a trio of ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheeses, then carefully seasoned with basil and parsley. Topped with a rich meat-flavored tomato sauce, you'd swear it was made in mama's kitchen!

I'm impartial to spinach so I don't care if I have it or not. I think it tastes just as good as the regular cheese ravioli but with a little twist. I think even if you don't like spinach you would like this dish. The sauce was really yummy so it gets I would say 4 1/2 stars out of 5.

Glazed Chicken Tenders

Chicken in a mouth-watering, savory glaze pairs perfectly with green beans almondine, and a blend of brown and wild rice. Cranberries and mushrooms add to the rich, complex flavor of this elegant flavor favorite.

Ok to me honestly I really expected more from this dish but it was ok. I really hate mushrooms but you couldn't tell they were there. I can eat it but I'm just not crazy about it. But when you are on a diet things tend to get boring. Maybe a bad day is just what I need.
